I don't see my points in my account

I used to be able to see the points in my account but from yesterday I can't see it. anyone knows how what I can do?

Is it possible there is an issue with your browser ?

Site seems to work fine for me...maybe reboot and relog in...14

I've never had issues with my points. Just as other people suggest, change another browser to open your account. If you still don't see your points, you need to contact fizz.14

The points are fine - just reload your browser / log out, log back in.8

go to a help page when you signed in you should see the chat bubble on the right bottom9 -
