hi, i had videotron before fizz and i was able to send a text msg to my email address, why doesnt it work with fizz?

Were you sending it to your videotron email address? like 15145555555@videotron.ca ?12

no, i was just sending it to example@gmail.com still not working...
on my phone i get it delivered, but actually i dont receive it..9 -
Never though of doing that but I just tried your example with my Hotmail address and I got a Sending Failed error message.8

Fizz is not videotron. I have Both. Obviously Videotron has better customer service and price is higher. Fizz is very flexible but hard to deal with any kind customer support.1
