Synchronization problem text messages

I am able to send text messages and receive messages. But there is a delay as well as synchronization issue. I am receiving texts out of order.
Sometimes MMS are being sent or received after a couple of hours after it had been sent or received.
I activated my sim just a couple of days ago.
As far as calling and data are concerned they are good.
My APN is configured according to the instructions given on this site.
Please let me know what can be done.

Hi Khalid,
Unfortunately this is an issue that seems to be referring to Fizz's end that us regular customers don't have access to fix. Something that I might be able to help with if you can answer my question, do you know what service tower you are using when it says that? Either being Fizz 3G, Fizz 4G, or Fizz EXT 3G/4G. The EXT (Extended AKA Rogers) network is quite buggy as of this time and if that is the cell tower your phone is connected to, then this is most likely the reason behind it. If not, then I'd recommend contacting Fizz directly through Facebook Messenger or by email.

Thank you.Yes I will contact fizz directly. As to answer your question it's most likely fizz 4G. I am not aware of if you're able to tell which cell tower your phone is connected to but I guess it's fizz 4G since that's what it shows what kind of network I am connected to when I switch to mobile data8 -
It’s not a user-end issue - it’s a Fizz backend issue that remains to be resolved by Fizz.8
