Hi!
I have a late payment. I have been asked to update my card. I did it even if I keep the same card with funds on it. Since then no change. Can't get anyone one the chat or FB messenger.
Trying to just pay but completely lost.

Seems to be a bug with the payment system. There is probably some leniency with respect to this - as long as you let fizz know it will probably get resolved after the holidays.4

Some people have said to simply place some funds in your wallet in your account and they will draw the money from there. Maybe it's worth a shot if you can't resolve it with Customer service.11

Wallet is not there to pay monthly plan.
It's used for Pay as you go.11 -
You should keep trying to get in touch with them. You don't want your account cancelled.9

The only option in my "add wallet" is a gray color "transfer" button. Nothing else . Fizz opened a ticket but still don't have any update on it yet.5

I had the same issue and still has it and ticket was open by Fizz team like it has been a month and plus, still no answer from Fizz team. Good luck!!!4
