Yesterday I ordered 2xSIM card for signup, and today I got a shipment! Of only 1 SIM...
The order details on the website properly list 2 SIM cards in the order, shipped and delivered, but I'm missing one...

It may be that like other online retailers, they sometimes ship out orders one piece at a time. It makes no sense for SIM cards picked from the same box, but stranger things can happen.
Contact them and give em he'll if it doesn't show up in a few more days.12 -
That is weird as I ordered 2 sims yesterday and received both today an hour ago. They probably forgot to send you 2 sims. You should contact them.10

I just went through some service related items and their facebook messenger system seems to be the most helpful!

If you contact fizz, they will resend you any sim cards you didn't receive for free.6

Either the courier messed up or they messed up the order. In any case, fb messenger is your best bet, or the Fizz bubble chat if it works for you. FB replies could take a day or so.3
