Why I hear other people voicemail welcome settings when they don't answer?

I just called my wife (also Fizz). She's in BC right now, I'm in MTL. She didn't answer the phone but instead of hearing her voicemail message, I heard her voicemail welcome message settings. The system message guided me through all the settings allowing me to hear her messages or changing her pin. This is a huge bug that have to be solve ASAP. Did you guys experienced the se issue?

Did she verify she set up her voicemail greeting properly? Maybe you just found another BUG!8

She did it in front of me when I activated her sim card, so I would say... BINGO!7

I have this too when my sim is in a dumb-phone but works when in smartphone, maybe its related to FizzEXT? on the dumb-phone forwarding didn't help.
Maybe we can identify the issue, what phone/network do you have?1 -
Hi @Rebecca S. We both use use Fizz and iPhone, me an 8 and my wife an SE. She was in Vancouver when this happened so it will probably be that.0
