" A gift for you: two extra months to enjoy your beta price. " Worth it?

We realize you may have lived through disappointing situations during our beta period. You were among the first ones to try out Fizz, and help us refine our service. To thank you, we’re offering you two (2) extra months to enjoy your current beta price*.
You’ll therefore benefit from your preferential price for a total of 5 months, as opposed to the initial 3 we had promised you.
Nothing for you to do, aside from enjoying it.
Don’t touch your plan. It needs to remain as is for its current preferential price to be automatically extended by two (2) months.
Once those additional months are over, your plan will automatically migrate to the introductory prices that are currently offered.

Definitely a good gesture from Fizz. We're enduring... For me personally it's worth it. What are your thoughts? I'm interested what users are feeling in general.

I wasn't planning to go anywhere unless there are more major outages and the wife gets on my case again, so it's great for me. More money saved just for doing what I wanted to do anyway! It sucks that I get no signal at all inside Costco, but I barely had a signal with Koodo anyway so it's not that different. And in theory I should be able to get Fizz Ext in there anyway - haven't seen proof of that yet (I suspect the network is somewhat "sticky" and prefers not to jump to Ext whenever possible in certain areas, like Wind used to do when I was with them).11

I think it’s the least they could of done . It’s a great gesture10

i did not receive this email though but i will still stay with them. Got few referals bonuses ... and fizz is definately the cheapest out there if you are not looking to get a new phone contract.9

Good initiative by Fizz for extending for the beta users. I think some sort of good gesture should be given to the Introductory users who also suffered however.10

Good move for sure.7

I have a friend who also got the email - but those on introductory pricing (ie: not beta) are excluded from this. It's a little ridiculous that they too don't get included in beta pricing for the next month, or however long it takes to stabilize this cellular network.5
