I activated my SIM card. I can call and text, but can not send MMS and have no internet without wi-fi. APN is configured as described in the documentation. Restarted the phone several times. No luck.
Please advice.

Is this iPhone, if yes, you need upgrade firmware to 12.1 . If it's Android, you need make sure you have data in your plan. Fizz need data to send/receive MMS .12

It is likely there are some problems with your apn configuration.12

If its iphone like Ann said you have to update to your phone. Mine didnt work till i updated ios.. sad9

Try turning LTE off and then send or receive messages on 3G. Then turn LTE back on.
Second option. Connect to FizzEXT and try sending messages.6 -
Sorry, forgot to mention that it's an Android, a Samsung.
Anyhow, thank you all for participation, I found the issue.
When I went again to Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Access Point Names → APN, before clicking on APN, to go inside the settings, there is a radio button on the right from APN.
All I needed is to select it.
It's funny as I had no other APN configured, only the Fizz one. Radio button makes no sense in this case, or it should be selected by default as there is no other choice.5 -
Clearly not iPhone since it needs manual configuration. Good news is you got it working.2
