Fizz cannot transfer my Fido number and it says "The account number for your current mobile provider

Fizz cannot transfer my Fido number and it says "The account number for your current mobile provider is incorrect". But I double checked, and the account number of Fido is correct. Should I include the '-' in the account numbers?

    Not a big deal, fill the form and ask manually porting team involved.

    ive been struggling 6 days and talked to probably 15 fizz staff and not a single one can approvr my port out number
