They may reply you next day. Have you tried entering the APN setting manually? If it is an iPhone, verify if you have a carrier software update. If it is an Android you can enter the APN settings manually and then reboot your phone.15

It could take a while. In the meantime there are a lot of threads on here about data issues and setting up the APNs. One of them is bound to have the answer to your problems so why not try to do a search, or describe your situation in more detail and see if someone can help you out?13

Resetting my network settings on my phone, then inputting the APN settings manually and rebooting worked for me.8

They probably going to respond to you in a day or two max. But they take a lot of time to solve a problem: Customer support only creates ticket and gives out general information. So they will create a ticket for your problem and send to their technical department and you will get a response a few days later.7

It could take a day or two for a reply. And if you think you can engage in a conversation, forget it. You'll need to wait another day or two for another reply... and so on...3
