I don't think anyone has an answer for that, not even customer support, I have 4g and I don't really care much about LTE but they should compensate all their users since they are not providing a full service..13

I'm stuck with 3G - the compensation is an obvious issue, but for other users it's also a matter of service inadequacy, regardless of price point.13

Beta users get 2 extra months on beta pricing and non beta users are getting shafted. Not exactly fair.1

Biggest concern is that depending on what part of city I'm in I lose all signal n can not use phone at all that's a big what the heck I'm in ottawa12

The "next week" post was put up on Tuesday December 11, so "next week" is actually this week. Let's hope they can deliver on their statement and have this fixed in the next few days12

I really hope they compensate their users because we pretty much didn't get the service we paid for for about half a month now...

It looks that LTE is the number one concern for our users. If fizz has a clear idea of how to fix LTE issue, they should be able to tell us which day they can bring LTE back.10

Same here Francisco T. I'm in and around Ottawa every day, all parts and there's lots of times where 3G signal drops out completely. Sure would be nice to have full bore LTE coverage in the entire area they are trying to service!4
