Outgoing calls drop after about 2min 50sec (on FIZZ-EXT)

I've seen this reported several times already. It happens when roaming in Canada and the US. I personally don't even see Fizz Ext as an option so I can't check it out myself, but if you do a search you can find several threads on the issue. I don't recall seeing a good solution to the problem, unfortunately.
