Data issue again????

Latest ios(12.1.1) latest fizz update(35.0) no data connection restarted phone, wifi on no pop up for update, no text message to set data and mms. PLEASE HELP?!

  @Rener L, It's possible that the problem you are having is a known iOS 12.1.1 issue. Worth taking a look at that too.   Same thing happened to me. Try restarting your phone and resetting your network settings. Settings-General-Reset-Reset Network Settings.
