It seem to affect a lot of users, I've never experience that problem before, maybe part of their strategy to regulate traffic on their network?

I am experiencing the same issue. I have submitted a complaint via my account portal. Suggesting other users too to submit a complaint if you are experiencing the same so that the issue gets escalated.10
