Fizz won’t let me cancel my fizz account

I had activated my fizz line but the transfer of my line from freedom failed . I paid but never been able to use the
Line . Fizz told me to cancel my account , but When I go to plan , manage , there is no option to cancel my account

Technically a sim card is possible to be reused, but in reality mobile phone carriers don't allow it. So they can make more money.12

It may take a while for the unsubscribe option to appear if this is a new line. But If I understand your situation correctly, the port wasn't successful so you don't have an active line with fizz. there's nothing to unsubscribe. What exactly does Fizz want you to cancel?12

I can’t use the line but the line and account is active . I’ve paid 50$ . They said to,cancel the account so I can get a refund . But there’s no option to cancel12

I see. It looks like you're missing a lot of tabs. Give it a few hours and see if they show up. Sometimes it takes a while to get all the functionalities. You have 15 days to cancel and get your money back.13
