I ordered 2 SIM's and they said they were delivered today. Searched all around and no sign of them. Tried "Contact us" and expected to use the chat function but it doesn't work. How do I get a hold of support to find out what happened to my order?

Hi for me it took 2 working days to get delivered
I ordered too times and it took 2 day for the first and 3 days for the second9 -

I ordered 2. Both were said to be delivered. I never got 1, the other one I got after 2 days. Chatted with an agent to get the refund for the sim that wasnt delivered.9

Finally got chat working. The chat person said it was delivered and gave me tracking # for planetecourrier.com. Contacted planetecourrier.com and they said it was delivered and gave me tracking info from Dicom. Now on hold with Dicom ....8
