Did you try the last 4 digits of your number as the PIN?13

Had same problem before, and here is the standard answer from a user with same problem before: Go to your Message , you should get a SMS with temporary pin. Use that and setup your own pin .9

I already checked for the SMS, contacted cust service, tried every PIN under the sun, got the balloon, resent the messages from the Plan menu, basically every suggestion suggested here... I think my only option is to kill the voicemail service and reactivate. Problem is have to wait till end of billing period for it to get deactivated.. Brrrrr.1
