Email notice - Network status?
I had a suggestion for how the Network Status should work and communicate us the relevant information (https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1832716-going-section) which received some support from other users, but no response from Fizz Team.
So could we received at least an email notice every time there is a new message posted in the network status?

That's a good idea. They can also send SMS as well (just in case network issue does not affect SMS).16

I vote for notices by text. Some users have Internet access only via their mobile device, public wifi is not always easily accessible. And in times of loss of data connectivity, email notices are not accessible.12

In the meantime, if you use Chrome, for example, you can use a plugin like this to monitor website changes:

Thanks again to everyone who supports this idea, I also vote for SMS notifications, I just misted it
, and even with the page monitor suggestion, but I don't think too many of us will be comfortable to use it.
I also appreciate that Fizz Team answered this time, but most of our posts got answers like this and no (upcoming) solution.
Beta phase ended some time ago, but at this stage it shouldn't even open, too many basic issues unsolved in too much time.
And now letting your customers without a reliable phone and text service during the holidays, believe me, this is going to be a major deal breaker.9
