Chat bubble no agent available?
Yesterday I had the chat bubble open starting in queue at position 22. When it finally got to my turn (after several long hours, by the way), the chat bubble said there was no agent available and closed the chat automatically. Has this happened to anyone recently?

Other people have reported the same problem. Their front line staff are apparently overwhelmed by the volume of people trying to chat.9

Well that begs the question - isn't the point of the queue knowing that you will be addressed in "X" places and there is actually someone on the other end for whom you are waiting to correspond with? Otherwise there is no point to this system.7

Yes it did.
But I also was able to chat with agent couple of days ago.11 -

There is a message on the contact page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
If the chat bubble still does not appear, it means there is a number of sessions waiting for us beyond our processing capacity, please leave us a message on Facebook Messenger or on Twitter private.10 -
So bottom line, still inadequate resources available...9

Hey Folks,
As many of you stated we currently have a situation with our "Chat bubble", we're working on this and ramping up our support teams in order to provide a quicker and more efficient service.
