I've been testing this trick and seem to work pretty fast.

Just log in and get to this page:

Works - but note how the status update in the chat bubble says "yesterday" referring to December 7th (today is the 9th)... the fact that this update has not been removed/updated doesn't seem encouraging with respect to real-time information being passed on to customers.
