For accounts with multiple lines, is there a single grand total displayed on the invoice?

I don't believe you'll have an invoice, since fizz is a pre paid service. The day before the end of the cycle you'll be charged on your credit card with the total amount of the plan that is about to be renewed for another month.13

BTW, if you have one number per account, you can get 25 bucks from the referral bonus program. This is a much better deal, since there are currently no advantages to have all lines under the same account.13
