How to cancel service ?

I spent the entire day without service(Tried to activate this morning), i'm sorry but it's unacceptable. I understand Fizz is still on the come up and working to iron the kinks but i have to and want to cancel and get a refund.
But since there's no plan showing up on my account (says create a plan) yet i got charged. I don't know what else to do beside waiting for a facebook reply.

Go to manage plan and unsubscribe.19

Its fixed now. Just have to be patient since the price is actually lower than most provider for now. Once its up and running properly u will be laugjing at those paying the big bucks.18

It's understandable. With so many outages for so long a duration, Fizz should think about going back to beta IMO.18

For those telling me to do > Manage Plan > Unsubscribe
I can't do that because when i go in the My plan page it says "Create your plan, your way"
Even tho i got charged on my CC.18 -
The system is still down right now (4:30 AM Saturday). If it's 15 days or less and you have used less than 50% of your data plan, you can ask for a refund. If you have a few days left before the 15 days mark, wait. When things are running smoothly again your plan that was already charged might appear and then you can ask for a refund by unsubscribing.
Else, here is how to reach Fizz:
A contact form automatically opens a ticket. Give as much details as possible.

Login your account.
Click on “Help”.
In “Popular topics” click on any subject.
Scroll down to the bottom.
In the right corner the chat bubble will appear after 15 seconds.
Click on the bubble and type your question.
You will see what position you are in the queue.
Sometimes, it can be very long before you can chat with someone: one hour, 90 minutes…

If you rely on your phone heavily, then this service is not for you, this is not tue first outage and this probably wont be the last either. This system is very new, and it will obviously have a lot of issues.13

I would contact fizz through chat/facebook/forms and ask for a refund. Then call my credit card company and dispute the charges. Some have said that the credit card company will give Fizz 15 days or something like that, then reverse the charges if it's not done. Given how slow Fizz is these days, I would think the credit card company would be faster. Make sure you remove your credit card from your account.12
