As of now, the only way is to get a new SIM.14

Also, if you want to port your number over, you should do it before the 19th to keep the intro pricing...so might be worth buying a new SIM.14

Unfortunately for now it's only by buying a new sim. But before dishing out cash try contacting customer support and see if they can do it. I know many customers have had issues regarding phone number porting so they might be dealing with issues like this one too.

Buy a new SIM. Port the number from ChatR to Fizz. It worked well for me from Koodo to Fizz.7
