Can I still change my phone number for my previous one (ChatR)?

As of now, the only way is to get a new SIM.

Also, if you want to port your number over, you should do it before the 19th to keep the intro pricing...so might be worth buying a new SIM.

Unfortunately for now it's only by buying a new sim. But before dishing out cash try contacting customer support and see if they can do it. I know many customers have had issues regarding phone number porting so they might be dealing with issues like this one too.

Buy a new SIM. Port the number from ChatR to Fizz. It worked well for me from Koodo to Fizz.

Might want to wait out this most recent service issue with no LTE network access...
