Hey Fizz Whizz.... It would be nice to acknowledge outages like the current SMS/MMS outage (Dec.7) in a timely fashion on your website, here, or in any way possible so that we know the problem is on your end and not our devices. Thank you! (I hate to troubleshoot and then realize it's a widespread network issue)

Going to FAQ for network status does not cut it. Network status should be headline banner across network when problems occur!17
