How do I level up my stats on the community forum?

The apprentice 1/5, etc thing makes not sense and seems broken.. I saw one user yesterday with one post, his first question, who was 2/5.

I don't remember, honestly. It has been awhile. I started using the forums as soon as the Fizz subreddit noticed that it was open. But, like I said, it seems to be broken since I saw a user with one single question on his account with 2/5.

The pointing system needs to be removed and rebuilt from the ground up honestly... The french vs english forums change your pointing system but shouldn't, you randomly gain and lose points, the total amount of points to reach the next level changes from 750 to 5000, people with 2 posts are level 2 while very active forum members are still level 1...

Yeah, I noticed that with the points fluctuating as well. I thought it was some sort of Fizz calculus that I didn't understand.
