Email says sim Delivered - But nothing has been delivered

Ordered my first Fizz sim on Monday, received a email notification on Tuesday afternoon saying SIM delivered.
There has been no delivery of any kind to my address. Reading the forums, I can see this is a common and regular problem. Clearly the delivery company is telling lies about deliveries on a regular basis, presumably to get paid more quickly.
The so called chat bubble to notify someone seems to be non existent.

There seem to be an issue with the delivery for some people, you have to contact customer service in this case, good luck.10

The email you received should have a place to choose "did not receive", so start there.9

That tells me to go to the non existent chat bubble !
More importantly why are the delivery agents pretending SIMS have been delivered, when they haven't ?9 -
Check around your door. Others have claimed the courier just drops it. As for the chat bubble, I agree it's hard to reach support. I wonder why they don't fix that chat issue? It should be a priority.6

In that case, you can find contact forms in your account, under "my profile" or contact them via facebook messenger.6

I contacted them through Facebook Messenger at 2.45pm - it is now 7.20pm and they haven't even read my message yet.
Sim Delivered notification when it wasn't delivered and zero customer service.
And yet still people make excuses for this "service"6 -
I got an email stating the SIM was delivered - the courier stuck it in the window of my door. He could have rung the doorbell...2
