613 is an ontario number, and since tou chose a quebec only plan, you shoulsnt be able to call that number. You should change your plan14

As mentioned, you need the Canada plan to call Ontario numbers. You can change your plan for next month, and add canada minutes as an add on for this month.13

Hi Allison,
I've tried the ADD ON, but there is no Canadian minutes option.13 -
Hi Jean,
Allison is talking about changing your monthly plan to Canada wide coverage. That will start with your next billing cycle. In the meantime, the only way you can make calls is to add money in your wallet and pay as you go at 0.25 cents a minute when you call outside of Quebec. There is no add-on that will work.13 -
You could also add funds to your account (by going to the wallet linked to the plan) and use pay-as-you-go for calls outside Quebec.12

The problem is my home phone is inside quebec, only the number starts with 613.... And I've tried to make changes to my plan, but it always shows billing cycle not valid.11

You can only change your plan on the next billing cycle.10
