I’m pretty sure Fizz is aware of this problem and are working as fast and as hard as possible to fix this issue.14

That's a weird one, guess you're in for a chat session!
I procede in that order an I get the Chat bubble on almost every time between opening hours!
Prior to this DEACTIVATE POP-UP BLOCKERS.
1 - Login to your acount;
2- Go to any FAQ from the Solution Hub page;(ex: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-set-up-my-voice-mail)
3- Wait a few seconds, the Chat bubble should apear in the right bottum corner of your brorwser.
4- Click on the chat bubble and put question in the message area, it will tell your position in the waiting line.
That's it!

FYI: I am now in the US and I am connected to the At&T network while roaming. Now the exact opposite happens. I can make outgoing calls without the call being dropped, but I can't receive any call. Data works perfectly.
So, while out of province in Canada and connected to FIZZ-EXT outbound problem (calls drop after 2:50minutes)
and while in the US roaming -> can't receive calls.14 -

Not really. I was able to receive calls in the US after all but now I’m getting the no service message and nothing is working .14

I am experiencing this now also.
Pretty embarrassing to drop an entire conference call due to this bug.10 -
Im also experiencing this issue (I'm on FIZZ-EXT) not sure if its always the same call length11

I have the exact same issue! I thought it was my phone... Now I know for sure it isn't. How will this get fixed?10

It seems Fizz is not concerned enough to give us a proper update on this and that more and more people are experiencing it. I will be ditching Fizz after the Beta period as this is too major an issue for me to overlook especially given how it seems to be affecting a number of people. I realize this is still the beta period and so we should maybe expect issues but for those outside the beta test there are now live subscribers who could easily also be experiencing this issue. I have also contacted Fizz about this directly quite a while ago. They said it would be of the utmost priority to get it fixed and that they would contact me ASAP about an update. Now, a number of weeks later and no update. This makes Fizz essentially useless as a mobile provider and I have had to revert back to my original provider while I wait for this to be resolved. Doesn't give me much confidence in Fizz as a service that this is still occuring.12

Hi Folks,
First, we truly understand the frustration in this thread. If we had our way, there would be 0 issues and life would be beautiful for everyone:) I also understand that it's taking time to address certain issues or resolve some that have been lingering overtime. Lastly, we're are not turning a blind eye, we see the issues, frustration that some of you have shared with us. All we can ask for is for a little more patience.
