Best way I've found to get the chat bubble is to go to manage plan, and click on unsubscribe. The chat bubble will appear. You don't actually unsubscribe unless you click confirm.12

@Larry G. There is no email address to contact. Everything go through the Fizz community, the Support chat (https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1815668-getting-bubble-chat-time) or the Contact forms that you can find in your account under My Profile.11

Hi, they do not have direct email addresses for first contact. Once communication is established you may communicate by email.
-You can go to “my profile” and select “contact forms”.
-you can contact them via Facebook messenger
-you can use the online chat service12 -

Is FIZZ a scam?
I ordered 2 SIM for 2 accounts. Activated online, phone number attributed..but..SIM card NOT RECOGNIZED on the phones..(I called Rogers to to deblock the phone)
None of them functional today!!!
Same stupid question SIM PUK..none is good.
What is happening???
I don't have time to lose to search for a contact number that not existing or chat that is not available.7 -
It's sad we need to jump through hoops to try to reach support. I understood when I signed on there would be no call center for live phone calls to save money, but I would have thought then Fizz would make sure there should be a prominent chat bubble on every single page if they were serious about customer support and customer satisfaction.10

Folks loads of companies use chat or online forms as the primary method of supporting customers.
I'm not saying I love it but if I see a reduction in cost passed on to me as a mens of sharing their own reduction in costs, I'm happy.
I only communicate with KLM using WhatsApp for instance and I've found it fine. IMHO sorting out flight related issues is equally if not more important than sorting out phone related issues. KLM are consistently cheaper than Air France even though they are linked. That's my point.
Just my tuppence on the whole thing!8
