Best way to get help from the community hub?
Greetings to all!
Firstly, I want to emphasize that I am a regular user with no special status at Fizz.
Only I noticed that a large majority use this forum to make great deal about their moods and that's fine,
BUT
To better help you solve your problems, it would be nice when your raise a question following this guide:
1 - NEVER disclose personal information here.
2 - Be as specific as possible in the explanation of the problem for which you seek help.
3 - Specify the type of phone you use.
4 - To mention if it's a new problem or it never worked.
5 - Do not forget to indicate the correct answer by clicking on the button "Make best answer?"
This is the reward for those who help you and it optimizes the search for good solutions on the discussion board!
And finally, all in respect and good manners!!

I feel like there shouldn't be a requirement to put a question mark at the end of titles for posts like these. Thanks for all the info though!30

They don't seem to be policing that requirement since many titles don't have a question mark.28

I never considered that they could have the requirement but not make it required... oops... In retrospect its obvious looking at all the posts without it.30

If I'm not mistaking, they are at first step, then it does not matter when it's time to post it.28

What I find annoying about the community tab is the French and English community tabs are separate, so you won’t find all the threads together.27
