Why has my service stopped working?

Hi,
I activated my SIM yesterday and transferred my phone number from Videotron. I was having no issues with my service for the last 24 hours. All of a sudden my service has stopped working. I have no texting/calls/data. I am in a location where I have received service before.
I have tried restarting my phone. Removing and re-inserting my SIM. No luck with either.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

They are pretty fast to fix things, don't worry. iMessage issue only took 60 days.9

No service in Ottawa. Corresponds to everyone else's timing on the outage. Awesome because I was explaining my awedome fizz plan to my friend at the time. Ironic.8
