how do i cancel? i registered and then realized that I didn't signup for the beta program so would like to cancel my plan. I haven't even activated my sim yet. who do i sent it back to?

If you log to fizz.ca, then click My Plans, Manage Plan, you shoud find an option that says Unsubscribe.

and under my plan, it just shows create a plan7

You haven't registered for a plan yet. So you won't be charged anything. You don't have to do anything. If you are asking about getting a refund for the 5$ sim card you just bought...
There is a facebook chat and chat bubble available to you from the logged in page on fizz.ca9
