Data doesn't work while on a phone call?
While I am on a call and I try to go look something up (usually in answer to a question that came up during the phone conversation), I do not have mobile internet. The moment I hang up the phone, the mobile data works again.
I know it's not a problem with my phone as using a different phone company sim card with mobile data, I can browse the Internet while being on the phone, I do not have to get me the phone conversation and hang up in order for this to work.

I coudn't reproduce it. I'm on Android. Using it in a 3G zone. I'm able to use the internet while on a phone call.
Provide additional relevant information so that someone is able to reproduce it in a way that it can be solved.8 -
Well VoLTE is not supported on Fizz yet, so all cells switch to 3G while on voice call.
My guess is that it can't switch to LTE for data cause you would loose your call.

Well I was wrong about my theory, at least for iPhone.
Using an iPhone 6 I am able to have a voice call and surf the web at the same time.
But then again, it could still be what's happening to the OnePlus6...
I'm curious about J.S. test's results????
