Is there a list of rewards and frequency of those rewards listed anywhere?

Is there a list of rewards listed anywhere? Are the rewards always data? For example I recieved 250mb when I first joined fizz this month. Will I receive 250mb every month? Is it based on points? And at what point-levels will I receive what reward?

Great little discussion going on here.....I can tell you that there are many different rewards or perks that one can unlock - But! what's the fun If we spill all the beans now
