How do i change my phone #? did a port but its been 7 days without success.

I did my port last Thursday (4 days ago) and still having problems as well. I can dial out, no SMS out, incoming calls go to voice mail of my former provider. No internet. What a mess !
BTW I am using an iPhone5 -
What brand of phone are you guys using? Is it Android or iPhone?
To me, it looks like you have an APN settings problem.

There's an option to change your number under 'manage plans'. When I click on it, I have the option to pick a new number, or search for a new number by entering in the last 4 digits. Do you have the same options? Not sure what's available while you're in the middle of a port?6

Hey Aaron,
So if you already have attempted porting and its not successful, your best bet would be to reach out directly to Chat with a Fizz rep via chat or facebook messenger.
However, if you have never attempted porting, you will need to purchase a new sim and have 2 sims active at the same time, thats what i currenlty have to not lost my beta rate but have the introductory rate at the same time.
I would suggeest getting a second sim and doing that.
