SMS Out and Voicemail pickup not working
I can receive but not send SMS messages no matter what app I use. The APN settings are in accordance with the website.
When I dial *#*#4636#*#* I get an error that I cannot make this call from my plan and the recording says call in and update my account. But I don't know where to make the change.
Also when I get calls the voicemail recording never picks up.
Does anyone have an idea on how to fix these issues?

Hi Greg, what is the *#*#4636#*#* code should be doing? I don't think it's implemented on Fizz.
As for voice mail, it has to be enable in your plan first, but again there seems to be a major glitch at Fizz about that.
Some had it fix whit the help of chat services, others like me have a ticket open and are still waiting for the problem to be resolve.10 -

Don't forget setting codes are different for iPhone

Turns out that the issue was the plan I have on my account wasn't active raised a ticket and had to add money to my wallet.9
