What does Canada + US entail?

I wanted to find out what Canada + US entail. Does this mean that I will be able to call anywhere in Canada and US from Canada or will I be able to travel to the US and use my phone there to call within Canada and US just like I am in Canada without incurring any additional charges? Will I be able to use data in the US without incurring any additional charges?

Canada + USA means you will be able to talk, text and use data anywhere in North America without any additional costs.
If you choose only Canada, then it’s Canada wide service only and you won’t be able to call the US without having a long distance add on or money in your wallet.
