I can't subscribe to Fizz. Any idea why?

I'm trying to subscribe to Fizz mobile service but the site keep telling me that my adress isn't in the sbscription area. What is this area..? Isn't it supposed to be availible Canada wide?...

Maybe you're out of the coverage zone ? You can verify here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/subscription-area-and-coverage-area
Yes Fizz is available Canada wide, but you have to be a resident of the province of Quebec to subscribe because the majority of your usage must be done on the Fizz network (which covers the province of Quebec).

Hi,
Adding to that, Ottawa area is also included! But other than that, as Cat L. is suggesting, you have to be a resident of Quebec (province)/Ottawa - and then you can use your phone anywhere else in Canada (with a Canada coverage plan, otherwise, you'll have coverage but you'll be in roaming).
If you do live in these areas, then it could be a bug in the system, in which case I'd suggest that you contact their agents via the chat or Facebook so they can help you out!
