Quick question: do you know how we can contact Fizz other than by chat? I know it's a fully digital service, but do we have other ways to reach out to them?

I haven't seen any phone number on their website. I believe the chat is the number one point of contact. You can also reach them on Facebook messenger, Instagram DM or fill out a form in your customer account under «My profile» section. If your problem is serious they might give you a call.7
