Number of SIM cards delivered is not right
Hey all,
I ordered two SIM cards but I only received one. I thought it may take a bit longer for the second one but my Order History says the whole delivery is already shipped. What should I do? Since it's not a technical issue, should I still contact Fizz client service by chat?

Hey Queen C,
I didn't have an issue on my side for this so maybe it's an isolated error. I'd suggest to use the chat, they also provide a quick answer!
