Phone held at courier counter after "mechanical delay", no notice left: how do I get redelivery?

My phone order was out for delivery on Friday. The tracking then shows "Mechanical delay", and it's now held at a Purolator counter about 35 km from me. No notice was left at my door.
I don't have a car this week, and the chat button won't start for me.
Has anyone gotten Fizz or Purolator to redeliver it, or move it to a closer location? Thanks.
