So, a couple of weeks ago, many users have received this message from Fizz.

VVM for Android app discontinuation

Explaining that the VVM app will be going away soon, but i went into my phone settings and it says the carrier doesn't support visual voicemail, but it does.

Your phone is up to date ?

Fizz supports visual voicemail, but not the native Android version on all phones. You'll receive your voicemails normally, just not in the built-in VVM mode until Fizz activates it for your device.
