    I’ve used up all my mobile data, and I still have 2 days left in my billing cycle.
    I’d really appreciate the help.

    @multifca I also got the following error message:

    "This member cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile data plan."

    You have to have a mobile plan that contains data and your account must not be in incognito mode. Otherwise you cannot receive gifted data, unfortunately.
