    This member cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile data plan.

    I got the same error message. @Lilysin you have to have a mobile plan that contains data, otherwise you cannot receive gifted data, unfortunately.

    I also received an error message. Make sure your plan includes data to receive data.
