Referral bonus plan changed

I recently referred a family member, and they signed up for Fizz using my referral code. I understand that the referral credit is applied after three months.
At the moment, my plan is $23/month plus tax. If I change my plan to the $19/month option before the referral credit is issued, will I still remain eligible to receive the referral credit?

Yes. When the refered account completes two paid months both accounts will receive credit to be automatically used against mobile plan charges, no matter the plan cost.

The condition about the $20 plan minimum is for the new Fizz member. I don't see anything about a plan minimum for the referring person. So, you should be fine to change to whatever plan you want, however, the new Fizz member likely needs to keep their plan at the $20 or higher level until after the referral credit has been unlocked.

Hello
When someone who is eligible use your referral code, you receive an advice that you have a pending bonus. If that person maintain his plan for two months your bonus will start to be apply at your next plan month. It will reduce that month and even thouh other one if the bonus is higher than your plan.

This bonus is yours and will not be abolished if you change your plan. It will if you cancel your Fizz subscription.

You can follow your bonus on your account. Click on «Referral» in that board :

And you will see that summary

You can also follow the reductions applied in your transaction history (click on the bill)

Yes for sure. if your family member keep his plan during 2 months. Then your «pending» credit will become active withh your next month plan.
