Any code for getting $45 referrel bonus?

I only got $40 and now no codes are working, wondering if anybody got $45?

The referral bonus amount varies by province.
Also, if you already activated your plan, you can't use another code.

Bonus are the same for all users leaving in the same area. Actually they are 25$ in Quebec ans 40$ on other provinces. Sometimes Fizz can upgrade it for a little while. It pas 50$ when I Vought m'y plan.

You can only get one activation bonus.

You can only get an activation bonus once. The amount varies by province. You can't change the code once you've signed up.
