How long is the average wait time from signup to installation?

Does it usually take a few days, a week, few weeks?

Hi, do you need a cable entry or just a modem? If it's a modem, it takes a few days and the activation is done through your account once the modem is received. If you need a technician to install the cable or want a VIP installation, but paid, that also takes a few days.

I currently have fiber, so would need the cable installed, but I should be able to setup the modem myself.
