I have an upgrade ($1 off) scheduled to be applied next cycle.
If I change my plan will both things happen next cycle?

    Yes.
    I believe the freeze period is no longer a thing for plan changes, but might still be in effect for upgrades and other stuff so keep that in mind.

    Generally, if you change your plan, it will be scheduled for the same time as your $1 upgrade—the next billing cycle. Both actions will typically take effect at the start of that new cycle, applying the new plan with the discount.
