why can i not sign out ?

    Of forum? Click your profile picture, then there's a sign out button at the bottom. If you mean from your Fizz account, click the 3 lines menu on the top left.

    You can. On a web browser, lower left corner, there is a Log out field you can click on.
    On a mobile browser on a smartphone, press the 3 horizontal bars, upper left corner, and there also will be a Log out at the bottom.

    If you cannot sign out of the Fizz website clear your browser cookies and cache, try using an incognito/private window, or switch browsers.
